libbash software package provides a tool that enables bash dynamic-like shared libraries, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbash
libbash is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbash package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbash *
You will get with libbash package name, version, architecture and description in a table
